We have confirmed our course for this years seaside 5K!

For any new runners/walkers it runs from the Dreadnots GFC pitches into the village across the Callystown road and returning the same route to our finish line at the pitches 🏁

Warm up available on our track before the race to keep the roads as clear as possible.

This reasonably flat course is ideal for personal best attempts, walkers, kids and those with buggies😊

Couch 2 5k starts Tuesdays and Thursdays in the new year, 7-8 in the pitch(good luck to all) and illuminated walking track open every evening to Track members. (Currently getting surface works)

So no excuse not to get involved folks and make 2024 your year🙌
